I was just daydreaming about a deck using the new Sorin along with Thraben Doomsayer (and related Fateful Hour triggers) combined with Necropotence and Vault of the Archangel. So many fun possibilities!

Might need to build a Standard BW tokens deck now, though without Windbrisk Heights I'm not sure it'll work.

The real tech deck to build right now is the anti-BW tokens deck.

Of note amongst them is Helvault:

Legendary Artifact Mythic Rare

Safe Haven that occasionally steals someone else's creature. A late game limited BOMB. Another one...

I'm disappointed that there isn't a complete rare enemy color land cycle.

Yeah, but the 2 we got are pretty decent, I fully expect to run the BG one in my EDH deck.

I really like this set though, looking forward to drafting it soon (though I am sad that Eternal Witness didn't get a reprint, maybe in ACR).

Yeah, the lack of a full cycle on that seems odd. Of course, we also didn't get a Green/White lord to finish that cycle. That seems even weirder.

The GW Human lord might be in AVR, since DKA is suppose to be more downcast compared to the third set.

i'll bet dollars to donuts the last three are in the next set. they can't leave that hanging!!!

btw this IS a crazy Big Deck set.

...if i ever get to play again. hey, good news. i started working from home on Mondays so draft at KoP is an option. probably not tonight, but most likely next Monday!

After playing around a bit with the various draft simulators out there, it seems like triple DKA might not be that great. There seems to be a real lack of removal (especially in white) and missing synergies. I'm thinking DKA-DKA-INN might play the best in draft, what do you guys think?
