Ranking non-basics in Big Deck
This might be a worthless endeavor, as different big decks need different non-basics. But I am curious.
How would you rank the following lands in order of importance or power in big deck:
Original Duals
Shocklands
Painlands
Tri-lands
Vivids
Refuges
Odyssey Filter Lands
Shadowmoor/Eventide Filter Lands
Fetchlands
Mirage Fetchlands
M10 Duals
Scars of Mirrodin Duals (Aggroduals?)
I know Original Duals are at the top for me followed by Fetches, but from there it gets hazy. I think my least favorite are the Odyssey Filters.

Re: Ranking non-basics in Big Deck
I'm a cheap bastard and I like cards that are different. So my ranking is because of that, but, obviously, original duals are the best so I will exclude them since, if I could afford them, I'd be running them in ever deck, no questions asked.
1. Shock-lands : 1 more damage then the Pain-lands, but you aren't taking that one damage every turn. Flat fee of 2 life, boom you have a dual. Plus, the added bonus of actually having a land type.
2. M10 Duals : Not as fast as the shocks and doesn't benefit from having the land types on them, but they are rather interesting lands.
3. Man-Lands : Surprised you didn't even mention these, I think these lands are very interesting as they provide a creature for later use. A nice variety to pick from too.
4. Tri-lands (including the Lair cycle) : The Tri-lands from Alara are really decent lands, but the lairs from Planeshift are even better in my opinion. A free bounce for my vivids or ice bridge to recharge my counters. Plus, if I wanted too, I can drop them, tap for my mana and not bounce a land.
5. Vivids : A solid cycle of lands right here. Not much else to say, easy choice to bounce when you are forced to bounce a permanent and a great target for your Guild Lands (something else you didn't mention).

Re: Ranking non-basics in Big Deck
@ Steve - I hate when that happens ><
Also, I want to give an honorable mention to the cycling lands from Onslaught. They are worse than basics when it comes to mana, but drop and Island and cycle a Lonely Sandbar is pretty good if you have nothing else to drop. Plus, there is one for every color. I'm running them right now and they are actually proving to be very good. They also follow the whole 'cards that can do multiple things' rule for big deck. If you draw it on your first turn you either have:
A. A land of that color to use next turn if you have no other lands
B. Something to cycle
IDK about the colorless ones though. I know there is a line of them that for 2 cycle, but I haven't given them a try. I am sure they could be better since they can cycle off any mana, but I think in big deck paying GBWUR for 5 cards is pretty good.

Re: Ranking non-basics in Big Deck
My condolences, as well, Steve.
I suppose I was talking about multicolor lands, but I do run the cycling set from Onslaught (also in the cube). They're quite good.
On the list of staple "colorless" non-basics:
Maze of Ith
Mystifying Maze
Kor Haven
Strip Mine
Wasteland
Academy Ruins
Volrath's Stronghold
Thawing Glaciers
High Market (just kidding)

best case scenario hierarchy:
Original Duals
Fetchlands
Tri-lands

budget:
Refuges
Rav Bouncelands
Snow Duals
Odyssey Filter Lands
INVASION DUALS, BITCHES
control:
M10 Duals
TS Storage Lands
aggro:
Scars Aggroduals
Original Duals
