My Next Big Deck

I am thinking about making a Vanilla Big Deck. All creatures will be Vanilla (maybe French Vanilla guys too), but I really don't know where else to go from there. Should I also have spells that do one thing (Just draws a card, just kills a creatures, just counters a spell), should I focus on buffs for the vanilla guys, or what do you think I should do?

I am also thinking about doing a 1-3 CMC Big Deck. 30 cards for each color (150), 75 lands, and 25 Artifacts. For the colors, it would be 10 with CMC 1, 10 CMC 2, and 10 CMC 3. Artifacts, can't really split that into 3, so that will most likely just be 25 artifacts I like that have a CMC of 1 to 3. And lands are ... lands ...

Trying to go for a smaller land build since I seem to ALWAYS draw to many lands in Big Deck. With such low mana costs, I don't need 100 lands.

So what should I do? I'm also tinkering with the idea of a +1/+1 and -1/-1 (counters or spell buffs and debuffs) themed big deck, but nothing to serious in that field right now.
