1 CMC Big Deck

Ok, a few odds and ends to find before I build this thing.

Anyone have:

Warbreak Trumpeter
Utopia Mycon
Molting Harpy
Banefire

Also, any suggestions of how much land to put in this thing? I'm thinking less than usual, but I also don't want to reduce the chances of drawing enough mana TOO much. I'm thinking around 95-100.

I might have the Goblin and I know I have the Utopia Fungus. No to Banefire, but I have seen that Molting Harpy at either AU or Cyborg One. I'll be sure to look again and grab one for you.

I dont think you need more than 80 land in the deck. How did it go with Jim?

I don't think his deck was ready for such a quick onslaught.

First game he lost to Soltari Footsoldier with Bonesplitter, Loam Lion, another 2 power guy. Second one, I hit him with some early beats, including a Treetop Village and a Raging Ravine. Then I played Wind Zendikon on the Ravine with 2 counters, played Goblin Guide, and Hurricaned for 5 to finish the game.

Lest one think I'm beating up on Jim, 1) In multiplayer, it would have gone waaaay different, and 2) I haven't beaten Jim in a sanctioned match in about a year.

that really slays me. it's so weird. Jim hasn't beaten me in months. and it's not often that i beat you.

i don't know. given the right politics, this deck could do ok in multiplayer.

Against a slow hand without a turn 2 or 3 play, I could see this deck blowing people out of the water in a duel. Not sure about multiplayer, but you never know without trying.
