VERY NICE! Great set and great book series. (though the grammar could have been better ... I found myself editing several lines in the books, but good none-the-less)

I did hear about this on MTGSalvation and, if I am not mistaken, the set will deal with the Phyrexian's invading Mirrodin and possibly winning as the final set in the block was called Rise of Phyrexia (or something along those lines)

Either way, great news to hear. Gonna be great to see Slobad and Glissa again and pick up where the books left off. Also, WANT TO BUY SLOBAD PLANESWALKER CARD!!! x3

It's Offical, Return to Mirrodin! Empty Steve's story garbage

wasn't a big fan of the Mirrodin books... however they were 1000 times better than the Ravnica series. that really was boring. nothing beats Kamigawa (as far as the literature)!

Slobad isn't a planeswalker anymore; he gave up his transferred spark to save Mirrodin from Memnarch.

is the thing about Phyrexia solid information? it does make sense that those Phyrexians could warp the plane into a massive new Phyrexia... but since Yawgmoth was destroyed (rather exiled) by the Legacy Weapon, and Phyrexia was left in ruins by the Nine Titans, it might be a long road. oh, also! Memnarch was affected by an unusual oil that drove him crazy and may or may not be from Phyrexia.

also from the wiki, there's this:

"This world was not so different from Mirrodin until Yawgmoth arrived."

sooo, the evidence is there.

Shards rotating out will turn standard into something completely new.
Should be interesting.

there will DEFINITELY be colored artifacts ala Esper.

i would love to see Entwine back. that was such a rich design space... but it's a little close to Kicker, which we're enjoying right now, so i doubt it.

Modular was dumb, Imprint was too complicated, maybe all new stuff?

I don't see why everyone is so confused about the expansion symbol. It's clearly a croissant. A metal croissant.

All hail croissant block.

saw that on the forums... it made me lol.

But the brief time he was one made me lol. He had no idea what to do and yet he unknowingly could teleport and stuff. Will be great none-the-less to see Glissa, Slobad, and the rest of the gang.

Modular was a way to OP version of Graft, but I liked it. I'd use it, but I didn't use it in the broken way it was used.
Imprint was great, IDK why you thinks it is to confusing. Hopefully we can see some new imprint stuff.
I really liked Entwine also. Gonna be good to see some more of that.
WANT TO BUY MORE AFFINITY! CHEAP/FREE SPELLS MAKE ME HAPPY! Frogmites anyone?

Gonna be a great set, I REALLY look forward to this.
