This is exactly why standard sucks, and vintage is the best competative format ever. Play vintage !!!!

Vintage only seems like it is better because people don't play format/have enough cards to play the format/there aren't any tournaments. If it was played as much and by as many people as standard, you would just see a ton of Tez lists everywhere...

In most areas that is true, but there is a vintage tournament held 15 minutes from my house every six weeks. It has been running for over six years and we average 40 players a tourney. We get the best players in the country coming to the tourny, paul mastriano, steve menendian, and other vintage champs winners. We also have an even larger series of vintage tourneys held about 4 times a year, The New Jersey Open, that drew 68 players at the last event. Vintage in this area is probably the healthiest in the world.
