Wish we would have had more time to play, and it turns out we actually did as the redcap's tourney didnt start until 6!

I felt pretty damn good about my cards.

I had the "perfect hand" game 1 against Brandon starting with enlightened tutor, terror, vindicate, desolation angel 1 plains, 2 swamps. 2nd turn bitterblossom is pretty hard to deal with. Game 2 i completely forgot what Pernicious Deed did and since we were hurried to finish and i didnt realize it would eliminate my bitterblossom. That wont happen again. LOL.

6:00? lol then i could have made it. oh well, i was on Magic overload this weekend anyway.

anyway, i got a consistent GW deck with three one-drop accelerators and some beefy cheap guys to back it up. light on removal, but i won quickly. as John O's deck was pretty fast too, there were some close calls. Ball Lightning, then Blistering Firecat, then Skizzik later. oof. if only i had kept Paladin en-Vec untapped! still, 2-1.
