One big thing we can do (besides being vigilant of our surroundings) is change how we make trades. I know for me, from now on, the person will be across the table from me with the binder flat on the table, only one binder at a time. If you decide to adopt this practice and are challenged, end the trade. John W has already been screwed over by someone slipping a foil Tarmogoyf out of his binder.
