According to SCG:

Defense of the Heart: $6
Land Tax: $11

Raging Ravine: $6
I forget what other land I gave you. If it's Colonnade, it's $5, otherwise, it's $3.

I think it was the Blue/Black one, but I'm not certain. Let's just say it was the Colonnade.
I think I need another Seige-Gang Commander still, and maybe a Bogardan Hellkite, if you have either of those. Beyond that, there's nothing immediately jumping to mind.

Dan, thinking back a bit, I know Stirring Wildwood was one of the lands I got from you (I already had a Ravine, and still have a spare). I just can't remember if it was the Colonnade or Creeping Tar Pit that was the other.
