2/7 - Redcaps!

I'm working this Friday, so I won't be able to make the release event at AU unfortunately, so I'm planning on going to the draft on Sunday at Redcaps. And since I'm going to be down there I'd figured I'd arrive early and get something to eat, probably at the excellent New Delhi restaurant around the corner (introduced to me by Dan). Since draft starts at 7pm I'll probably be leaving around 4:30pm or so if anyone is interested in hitching a ride. Let me know!

For the record, there are plenty of delicious places to eat in that area, though New Delhi does have a special place in my heart.

Where did you see the draft starts at 7? Double check to make sure, as they sometime shift times.

I have a rehearsal at 2 in Bethlehem, but I'll try to make it down if I get done in time.

I called the shop, they are starting an hour later, at 6pm this Sunday. I'll be there!

Even at 6, it's doubtful I can make it down in time. I may stop by later to trade or hang out, but I don't think I'll make it for the draft.

Sight... maybe I'll just go get drunk and watch the Superbowl instead...

is the event at redcap's a sealed event?

I think it's draft, but the guy I talked to didn't say for sure. But if your going James I might actually show up! It's no fun drafting without your friends.

Besides, that gives me a chance to build and bring my standard WW deck!

Sealed deck at noon, draft at 6pm.

I think I will be heading there all day sunday. I am not doing anything else, and I cant play friday night. Give me a call if anyone else will be there.

I want to go, I think steve said he was going to go as well, I have all but given up on AU. I have gone the way of Dan.

My rehearsal may be moved to earlier so I can make the Redcap's draft. I wouldn't get there until close to 6, though.

And in a reversal of choice, I may be at AU tonight for the release, if the snow isn't too bad. Wanna trade right when the set comes out.

I'm headed to Bethlehem this weekend for the rehearsal, so I'm stopping at Qmart for some Magic perusal. Anyone need any of a specific random common? They have a great selection up there.

i have just learned of a Drexel Magic club sealed event in west philly tomorrow/saturday.

I wonder if it will still be held with all the supposed snow?

Now I don't feel so bad that I was forced to work until 9pm today... if nothing else it gave me time to build my RB Crypt deck.

Im going with Jim to the draft at 6. I couldnt make it to the noon event, too much crap to do, and digging out the damn cars. My celica has no traction, and no clearance. I actually have to dig around the car, and totally underneath it. Cant get over a 2 inch bump of snow!
