What an odd site...
Apparently, you can only post things onto the calendar when you have started a thread. At the bottom, there should be a "calendar post" option. I don't know if it's for admins only, so you can test it and try it. I'm going to test it by editing my post about Sunday and trying to get it on the calendar; it may still be there when you edit the first post.
