I called AU, and they let me know that tomorrow should be a M10 draft (though I should call tomorrow to confirm). Rejoice!

FTV:E is going to be nearly impossible to get without paying a premium price. Look at ebay, its preselling for $150-$200.

Anyone with access to them would have to be an idiot or a saint to not gouge when selling them.
