Wherever we can trade, cube, and play tournament magic is fine with me. I'd rather not drive to the ends of the earth from South Philly, but if that's what it takes, fine.

Speaking of which, I hope people are up for some cubing this weekend!

I wouldn't mind going to a Sealed, as it's been a while since I've played in one. However, whatever the group decides is ok with me.

Its my birthday this friday, so friday is out. Ill try to free up my Sunday to get together with you guys.

Hmm, maybe we can get together here in Philly Sunday somewhere before Redcaps and cube, then play at Redcaps at 5?

I like the idea of playing at Redcap's on Sunday, either for the sealed at noon or the draft at 5 (or both?).

I'd be up for cubing on Sunday afternoon. Again, here is fine, as it's not too far out for Philadelphians and it's on the way for Amblerians. If you're looking for somewhere closer, we may be able to get to Redcap's earlier in the day and play. The only thing I don't like is the idea of playing with strangers, especially with either Anthony's pimped cube or my desperate wanna be. And it may be too crowded in the store.

Its DEFINITELY too crowded to play at Redcaps, especially on release day. Just count it out for spare room for 6+ at 1 table. Not happening.

I will definately be going to Alternate Universes to draft on Friday at their release event. I can drive anyone who wants to come up there. Just post here or call me.

my plans for the weekend:

Friday: draft at Alternate Universes with Wolsky, 7pm
Saturday: sealed at Cyborg One with whoever calls me and says, "i'll come with!", 6pm
Sunday: whatever you a-holes come up with. get on the stick and decide!

I can do friday with steve and wolsky, and maybe cyborg on sat. but redcaps on sunday may be pushing it.

Consider coming to my house on Sunday afternoon for the M10 draft!

I drafted what I thought was a mediocre WU limited deck that lead me to a 3-0 win. We had 2 other Dimension players in my pod as well as Anthony. Here's what I ended up with:

Flashfreeze frequently came in for the Coral Merfolk. You can see I was creature light, and control heavy. Platinum Angel never stuck around long, and most of my wins came from protracted use of Rod of Ruin, combined with Sleep/Safe Passage alpha strikes.

Good time, though the tournament was sooooo slow... Also, would have been nice to play against people I didn't know. And who the fuck dropped before the first round?!?

On the plus side, yay playing 2 color decks!
