i was looking at this list of cards:

Bone Splintersx2 + Tukatongue Thallid = BBG to destory two creatures and draw two cards.

The problem is that Dragon Appeasement doesn't have the ability to sacrifice anything itself, you need an enabler. Maybe something like Lyzolda, the Blood Witch or a sacrifice artifact like Phyrexian Vault.

oh every card in the deck will have some sacrifice effect. maybe i can abuse the Eldrazi Spawn tokens when we get more cards spoiled?

G for a 1/1 that pops into a 1/1, abuse sac stuff and no fear of removal or blocking with it. I really like it. I want to see more stuff that pops into tokens.

Dragon Appeasement in a Jund/Drazi deck seems cool. It's at least something I would build if I had all the cards. I could even do a Jund/Drazi Poor Man's deck since most of the Drazi spawn stuff is common and Appeasement is Uncommon.

I like this little combo:
Carnage Altar + Emrakul Hatcher
Sac the 3 tokens to pay for the Altar cost, draw 3 cards because of Appeasement.
Sac the Hatcher to the Altars cost, draw a card because of Appeasement.
Draw a card from the Altar.
5 cards for 5 mana. Sounds like pretty good draw to me.
