Looking to get into Magic

Hello everyone, I'm looking to get back into Magic ( I have not played in about 8 years). I have been playing online to get a grip on all the rules as well as purchasing the 2013 core set along with a couple boosters. I do enjoy playing online however I feel it would be a lot more fun playing in person. 
I live in the franklin mills area and would love to meetup and learn the ropes of the game. I know that there a a few FNM places around me but I feel really intimidated going to one since I have never really played before.

Hey whats up.  FNM is a great way to learn the game and get back into the hang of things.  I also live in the Northeast and go the the Garden of Earthly Delights on Bustleton Ave. We usually meet up on Thursdays and Saturdays to chill and play usually from 3ish till closing.  FNM has been a little rough, but there are always people there to trade and have fun with.  If you want some more info just reply here.

Yah I figured FNM might be something I am not ready for yet. So you are saying Thursday/Saturday would be best for me to come out and learn? I would most likely come on Saturday considering my work schedule. What is the turn out usually like? And what is the common age group? (Not that it matters to me I am just wondering, I'm 23)

We actually have a standard event this Saturday, but I'm sure there is going to be a group of players just playing casually.  We can usually get from anywhere from 2 to 8 people just chilling.  I'm 22 but we have a wide range of ages that come, but no one really young.   On Saturdays the store runs Yugioh which is a little annoying.  There's a lot of young kids and they smell.  It's insane lol.  We really don't like to interact with the Yugioh crowd.  But yea, Thursdays and Saturdays from like 2ish till closing.  If we get a certain amount of people the store will stay open till later.   I know I'm heading up there like in an hour but yea feel free to come up.
