I had no idea that such a card existed, but here it is.
I think this is just ... I don't want to say to good ... I just see it being more trouble then it's worth

Allow it, and allow common sense to prevent anyone from ever playing it. You know that the first player to play it is the first player to die.

let's see, i have my entire library in my hand? this is really just an overpriced green tutor, cause you're only gonna get one spell off before i play one of my myriad enchantment removal spells on this thing.

Lol, okay. I just think that this is the most ridiculous card to be dropped in Big Deck. Tutor your deck to your hand ... That's just so wrong, lol.

Yeah, the sheer impracticality of it is the main reason I figured no one would play it.
Plus the fact that when you play it, that's your spell for the turn. All you're gonna do when you play it is hand everyone else the chance to find the one card that will win them the game, or atleast kill you or someone else before they get the chance to benefit.
